6. SESSION SCHEDULING
Sessions are conducted online at the date and time selected during booking, subject to availability.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact information
Joining the session on time
Having a stable internet connection
Being in a suitable private environment
Ensuring that your device, microphone and camera are functioning properly
7. LATE ARRIVALS
If you join late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
For example, if your session begins at 3:00 PM and you join at 3:10 PM, the session may still end at the scheduled completion time.
Late arrival does not automatically entitle you to an extension or refund.
8. RESCHEDULING
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request a rescheduling subject to availability.
Where possible, rescheduling requests should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
Repeated rescheduling or failure to attend without prior notice may result in the booking being treated as completed.

Misrepresent the practitioner’s statements or services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session where inappropriate, abusive or unlawful conduct occurs.
18. TECHNICAL ISSUES
Because the session is conducted online, technical issues may occasionally occur.
If a technical issue occurs on our side and prevents the session from being reasonably completed, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.
If the issue occurs on the client's side, reasonable efforts may be made to continue or reschedule where possible.
